We're delighted to announce further expansion of our senior leadership in the appointment of Richard O’Mara as Partner for Time Consulting Group.
Richard has a developed a wealth of experience as a senior manager in both Flight Operations and the Maintenance Organisation at Thomas Cook Airlines. He has worked as an Airline Captain, having flown Boeing B757/767, Airbus A320/330 and the Tornado whilst in the RAF. Richard holds a BSc and MBA, along with deep functional experience within the senior management teams of Flight Operations and MRO.
In his management roles, Richard has had significant success leading many multi-national projects and programmes, delivering culture change, cost savings, new technology introduction and organisation-wide process improvement. The depth of his experience in these areas is what makes him the ideal addition to the team, to oversee Time Consulting Group’s new aviation vertical.
