Colin formed Time Consulting Group in 2013, having gained a wealth of in-house experience at organisations such as Johnson Controls, Tyco, Marconi, GE Healthcare, the RAF and Rolls-Royce. A certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt (MBB), Colin brings deep expertise in digital transformation, operational excellence and business process re-engineering. He lives in Wilmslow, Cheshire with his wife, his children, his cat Jasmine and his Cockapoo Connie.

A certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt (MBB), Richard began his career as a process engineer with 3M before moving into international management positions within their pharma operations. He has played transformational leadership roles at ADT, Tyco and Dräxlmaier Automotive – and is now one of three partners at Time Consulting Group. He is based in Walsall in the West Midlands and is a lifelong Aston Villa fan.

Following an MA in Computer Science from the University of Cambridge, Richard leveraged his abilities to implement new technologies for managing large data sets to improve operating performance at Network Rail. A certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and Senior AI Consultant, Richard has a deep understanding of change and transformation through the lenses of People, Process, Systems and Data.
Having gained a wealth of experience in ADT, Tyco, Thomas Cook Airlines, Hilti and Peak AI, he is now one of the three partners at Time Consulting Group. He lives in South Manchester with his wife, daughter and twin boys and is a keen mountain biker and EV owner.

Richard O'Mara, Partner
Richard has a developed a wealth of experience across multiple domains of the aviation and aerospace value chain, having worked in both Flight Operations and the Maintenance Organisation at Thomas Cook Airlines. He has also worked as an Airline Captain, having flown Boeing B757/767, Airbus A320/330 and the Tornado whilst in the RAF.
In his management roles, Richard has had significant success leading many multi-national projects and programmes, delivering culture change, cost savings, new technology introduction and organisation-wide process improvement. The depth of his experience in these areas is what led Richard to oversee Time Consulting Group’s aviation vertical.
Richard lives in Wilmslow with his family and is a huge rugby union fan.

A certified HubSpot Sales and Marketing Consultant, Claudia has over 10 years' experience in Digital Marketing, having worked both at agency and client side. From strategy development and planning through to measurement and data analysis, Claudia brings deep expertise in driving effective results across all stages of the buyer's journey through the use of the inbound marketing methodology. She lives in South Manchester with her husband and daughter, and enjoy writing and recording songs in her spare time.
